Service Description

This 4-week course will guide participants through a holistic-transformational process. The group will meet in-person one day a week for 2-hours, and be given home-practices to support the transformational process. Each in-person session will include practices for the body, mind, and soul. The sessions will include movement and stretching, deep relaxation, meditation, contemplation, journaling, and group sharing.
